The first floor houses multiple tenants, and the second and third floors consist of high-performance wooden rental apartments. The lush, forest-like exterior design pays careful attention to each individual planting. The second floor features a deck connecting six buildings and is equipped with an elevator. It offers a safe space for raising children, with several tenants on the first floor, and is located just a five-minute walk from Wako City Station, making it an excellent location. This village allows local residents to pass freely and serves as a pathway to the station. It has received world-class LEED certification and the Good Design Award.
